Looking almost like a Marx CP 3000 model train is this sleek CP 4-4-4 #2927. Built by the Canadian Locomotive Company in February of 1938, the loco lasted until being disposed in June of 1957. Specs - Serial #1941, F-1a class, 75" drivers, impressive 300 psi boiler pressure, 16.5x28" cylinders, engine weight of 240,000 lb, tractive effort of 25,918 lb. Unfortunately, no date, location or photographer was listed for the photo. |
