A nicely restored former GB&W bay-window caboose, GBW 616, spotted on the Dufeck Wood Products & Manufacturing spur at Denmark, WI on 16 Nov. '13. The facility is serviced by CN via former C&NW rails. Built by International Car Co., BLT 6-65, GBW 616 was re-numbered GBW 116 ca. '80. It was painted maroon and gold and re-numbered WC 19 at some point after it was acquired by WC in '93. It was purchased by Dufeck Wood Products & Manufacturing in '09 and restored to its original paint scheme. |
