| Here is a photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3710, an I-1S (2-10-0) "Decapod" built in Juniata during May of 1919 and retired in August of 1956 after 37 years of faithful service. Looks to me like it's been "mothballed." The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. Gary Mittner Collection. |
