IMRL GP 9 #118 - I&M Rail Link  Contributor's Pick!       
Not much info on this loco but with Tim Huemmer's help, it now has some history - ex-SOO #2550 with serial #19910. Unknown location, date or photographer. Based on other photos of this loco, it is probably in Iowa or western Illinois doing hopper drag service.
