SLSF 2-8-0 #1203 - St Louis-San Francisco         
Solid looking 2-8-0 Consolidation was built by the Burnham, Wms & Co (Baldwin) in March of 1907 to work the Frisco subsidiaries CONO&P as well as NOTM. SLSF #1203 lasted on the roster to 1/1/1944 and on the diagram book until 3/1/1947 before disappearing. Specs - coal burner, 57" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 22x30" cylinders, engine weight of 198,000 lb, tractive effort of 43,300 lb. Arthur B. Johnson photo
