| With a crewmember giving the unit a once over, GP30 3026 waits as part of a motive power set at Denver in January 1965. 3026 was built by EMD in February 1963. It would be sold to OmniTrax in 1994 and operated on the Central Kansas Railway. It would be placed in storage in 2000. In 2005, it was sold to Western Rail and moved to Washington state. 3026 was scrapped in 2012, still in Rio Grande paint. |
