Description:
Beautifully styled 4-8-4 Confederation (CN's label for Northern type) sits in an unidentified yard. Built by the Montreal Locomotive Works in February of 1944, the loco served barely 17 years before retirement and scrapping in September of 1961. Specs - serial #70329, class U-2-h, 73" drivers, impressive 250 psi boiler pressure, 25.5x30" cylinders,engine weight of 400,300 lb, tractive effort of 56,786 lb.
